Arrive at the stone paved property and see the main house on your left and separate smaller stone house on the right. Follow the path between them up to the pool and terrace to soak up the sun and take in the breathtaking views of the Adriatic coast.
Main Villa
This absolutely amazing (152 m2) Stone Villa was originally built in 1910 and completely rebuilt and renovated in 2020. The property is beautifully landscaped with uninterrupted sea to sky views. It has a fabulous (34m2) pool with various outside entertaining areas. This stunning Villa is situated on a (852 m2) plot nestled in the mountainside of Konavle. The historic old cities of Dubrovnik (15 minutes) and Cavtat (5 minutes) are just a short drive away.
The interior is immaculately presented with a huge open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The dramatic vaulted wood beam ceilings and impressive stone walls are captivating. The dรฉcor is a mixture of modern and traditional styles with striking stone walls throughout. Every detail has been taken into account in this superbly built Villa with the addition of air conditioning in every room.
The dining, kitchen and living area are framed by stone walls with views of the patio and pool area through the massive sliding glass door. This space is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is a cooks delight, equipped with high quality appliances. You,ll love the direct access to the barbeque from the kitchen.
Every room of this Villa is light filled and spacious. Locally made parquet wood floors merge beautifully with the stone walls.
A beautiful wooden staircase is presented when entering through the locally crafted arched main doors.
Upon entry youโll find two massive suites on either side. Each finished in its own unique style. The tiled en-suites add another layer of luxury to the rooms.

Notice the craftsmanship as you walk up the locally made oak steps and handrail of the staircase. This leads you to the second level. Where, youโll find the living area, kitchen to your left and two more bedrooms and a bathroom through the pocket door to your right.
