Only a few days remain until the twelfth edition of Ultra Europe officially opens its doors in Split. From July 10 to 12, 2026, Park mladeži will once again transform into one of the most powerful stages of the global electronic music scene, welcoming more than 150,000 visitors from over 140 countries.
Ahead of the festival, the final press conference was held at AC Hotel by Marriott Split, bringing together the organizers, representatives of the City of Split, Split-Dalmatia County, tourism boards and official partners. The conference presented the final organizational details, safety protocols, guest information and key announcements for this year’s edition.
Ultra Europe continues to confirm its position as one of the most important electronic music festivals in the world and one of Croatia’s strongest international events. As the second-largest event within the Ultra Worldwide family, the festival once again places Split and Dalmatia at the centre of global attention.
A Record Level of Interest
Alek El-Kazal, Project Director of Ultra Europe, confirmed that final preparations are in their last phase and that everything is ready for another spectacular edition. More than 90 DJs and producers will perform during the three festival days, bringing together some of the most influential names in the global electronic music industry.
Regional tickets have already sold out, while only a limited number of remaining festival tickets are still available. The official Ultra Europe info point on Split’s West Coast is open for all visitors seeking information, assistance or last-minute ticket purchases.
A Festival With Global Value
The conference also highlighted the strong tourism, economic and promotional importance of Ultra Europe for Split, Dalmatia and Croatia. AC Hotel by Marriott Split, this year’s official hotel partner, emphasized the importance of the festival for the city’s hospitality sector, noting that reservations connected to Ultra Europe begin almost immediately after each previous edition.
Beck’s, the official beer of Ultra Europe, also presented its festival collaboration, including a specially designed limited-edition can and additional on-site experiences for visitors.
Respect the City You Are Visiting
Representatives of the City of Split and the local tourism boards welcomed all international guests, while also sending an important message: visitors are invited to enjoy the city, but also to respect its residents, cultural heritage and public spaces.
Split is not only a festival destination. It is a city of history, culture, architecture and Mediterranean identity. For many guests, Ultra Europe is the first encounter with Dalmatia — and often the beginning of a long-lasting connection with the region.
Joe Bašić: Ultra Europe Will Continue to Grow
Joe Bašić, owner of MPG Live and the exclusive license holder of Ultra Europe for Croatia, emphasized that from the very beginning he believed Split could become one of the world’s most important festival destinations. According to Bašić, this year’s edition will be bigger than ever, with one of the strongest line-ups in the festival’s history.
He also underlined the scale of the project, revealing that around 10 million euros are invested annually into the organization of Ultra Europe. Safety remains one of the highest priorities, with significant resources dedicated each year to ensuring a secure environment for visitors, citizens and all festival staff.
